On the 9th September 2025 at 7:17pm our beautiful girl Nova was born via emergency c section at only 33 weeks weighing just 4lb 3oz. Been first time parents is not only a lot in its self but to have a daughter early and with medical needs was intense. We could have never imagined the support, care and kindness the walnut ward gave not only to our Nova but us as parents. The ward taught us how to look after our tiny baby, supported us in the lows and celebrated the wins with us. We are currently trying to raise as much money as possible to support this amazing place so they can carry on doing amazing things for family’s when they need it the most.
